If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to provide — typically your name, company, contact details and the requirements of your enquiry. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to prepare quotations or orders.
Website chat
The site uses the Zoho SalesIQ chat widget, which loads only after you agree to it. When you start a chat, Zoho and Bofeng Foam receive the messages you send and basic technical information about your session. Zoho's own privacy policy governs the data Zoho processes on our behalf.
Server logs and analytics
Our web server records standard access logs, including IP address, requested URL, referrer and user agent, for security and troubleshooting. The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistics about visits and page views.
Cookies and your consent
Google Analytics 4 and the Zoho SalesIQ chat widget are not loaded until you agree to them. Before you agree, no request is made to either provider and neither writes a cookie or an identifier. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: change your cookie preferences. Withdrawing stops any further collection; it does not remove data that was already collected while your consent was in place.
Drupal sets a session cookie so that forms and security tokens work. It is needed for the site to function and is not used to track you.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

These services run only after you agree to them, and only for the purposes below. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Google Analytics 4
Provider: Google. Purpose: aggregated statistics about visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and enquiry-form conversions. Data received: the pages you view, the page you arrived from, your browser and device information, a shortened IP address, and a client identifier stored in a cookie called _ga. The contents of the enquiry form are not sent to Google — only the fact that an enquiry was submitted. The data is transferred to and stored on Google's facilities outside China. The retention period is configured in our Google Analytics account.
Zoho SalesIQ
Provider: Zoho Corporation. Purpose: live chat support. Data received: the messages you type into the chat window, basic technical information about your session, and an identifier Zoho uses to keep a conversation together. The data is transferred to and stored on Zoho's facilities outside China. Zoho's own privacy policy governs the data Zoho processes on our behalf.
How We Use Information
We use the information we receive to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, and keep our website secure and working. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties except where necessary to operate the website and our services — for example hosting, email and chat providers — or where we are required to do so by law.
Retention
