Silicone foam (foamed silicone) is a porous material made of silicone material by foaming process. It combines the advantages of silicone materials, such as high-temperature resistance, chemical resistance and other properties, and has good thermal, acoustic and vibration damping properties due to the large number of pores contained in its internal structure. This material is used in a wide range of industries, especially in areas requiring special environmental adaptations.
