Production lines
Our plant in Zhuhai runs five production lines with an annual capacity of 5,000 tonnes across 10,000 m² of workshop space, producing XPE, IXPE and IXPP cross-linked polyethylene and polypropylene foam.
Between them the three cross-linked families span 3–40× expansion, 500–2000 mm width and single layers from 0.1 mm to 15 mm, at densities of 26.8–300 kg/m³. We also die-cut, CNC-contour, slit, laminate and coat in the same factory, so parts arrive finished rather than as a roll to be processed elsewhere. The full range is set out on the foam materials hub.
Lead time and pricing depend on the foam specification and the order volume, so we quote per project — contact us with your requirement.
Our Research
Our core team has more than ten years in foam production and R&D, so we work on these materials at the formulation stage rather than only at the finished part. That work has produced functional grades in volume today — conductive and anti-static, flame-retardant, sound-absorbing, high-resilience — each tuned to a specific end use instead of sold as generic sheet. New formulations are tested against the environmental rules our customers answer to before they go to production.
Our Market
We export from Zhuhai to buyers in ASEAN (Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia), Europe (the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia), Africa (South Africa) and the Americas (the United States, Canada, Brazil, Peru, Argentina). Most export orders are die-cut, laminated or printed to the customer's drawing, and we sample before volume. Lead time and pricing depend on the specification and the order volume, so we quote per project.
Functional grades we develop ourselves
Where a standard grade cannot meet the requirement we compound the material rather than buy a finished sheet. Flame retardant grades reach a limiting oxygen index of 27, meeting the requirements of GB 8410 A0 and UL94 V2; heat resistant grades are rated to 110 °C; anti-static and conductive grades run from 10³ to 10⁹ Ω, conductive through the volume of the foam rather than as a surface coating; and an open-cell 30× grade gives the slow rebound that pressure-relieving products need.
Industries we serve
- Automotive, EV battery and Packaging — sound deadening, thermal management and protective inserts
- Flooring and construction — acoustic underlayment and insulation
- Electronics and ESD — conductive and anti-static foam
- Air conditioning, medical devices, sports and outdoor products, bags and footwear
Individual applications are documented under foam applications by industry, and the functional view — cushioning, insulation, soundproofing and sealing — under materials.
