PE foam is a lightweight polyethylene foam supplied in low, medium and high density, and available without cross-linking. That keeps it soft and economical while still providing reliable cushioning, moisture resistance and thermal insulation. It is one of the most widely used protective packaging materials.
Bofeng Foam produces PE foam in single-layer thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 100 mm, with a service temperature range of about −40 °C to 80 °C. Typical uses include:
