Slow rebound foam, also known as memory foam or viscoelastic foam, is a foam material with special physical properties. The material is able to change its shape in response to changes in temperature and pressure, and slowly returns to its original form when external forces are removed. Slow rebound foam have the following features:
- Temperature sensitivity: Slow rebound foam is very sensitive to temperature and exhibits different hardness at different temperatures. - Shock absorption and cushioning: It has good shock absorption performance, which can absorb the impact force and convert it into heat energy to release it to protect the user from injury.
- Strong durability: Compared with ordinary sponges, slow rebound foam is more wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, and has a longer service life.
- Antibacterial and anti-mite: Some products also have certain antibacterial and anti-mite functions after special treatment, which helps to keep them clean and hygienic.
